Help OnlineSummit index your official agenda, recordings, speakers and corrections with clear source and rights information.
OnlineSummit helps researchers find and cite what was said on summit stages. Organizers can improve the accuracy and coverage of their event archive by sharing official materials and a verified point of contact.
What you can provide
- Official series and edition names, dates, venues and formats.
- Agenda pages or files with session titles, times, tracks and rooms.
- Speaker lists with the title and organization each person represented at the event.
- Official video, podcast, slide, transcript or report URLs.
- Corrections to summaries, affiliations, source links or event status.
- Rights information that tells us whether material may be embedded, linked, summarized or indexed only as metadata.
How we use organizer material
We preserve the source URL and publisher, record when it was retrieved, and distinguish organizer-provided material from independent editorial review. Providing material does not purchase ranking or guarantee publication. Search and featured placement depend on relevance, verification, recency and editorial judgment.
We do not publish full transcripts or decks without appropriate permission. Public pages favor original summaries, short attributed quotations and links or embeds from official sources.
Claiming an organizer relationship
The self-service claim workflow is planned for a later product stage. During the current editorial phase, email us from an official organization domain and provide:
- Your name, role and organization.
- The summit series and edition URLs.
- A public page that confirms your role, or a colleague who can verify it.
- The materials or corrections you want reviewed.
- Any usage or rights limitations we should record.
Review process
We acknowledge complete submissions within 3 business days. We verify identity and official sources before changing the public record. Straightforward metadata and source updates are normally reviewed within 7 business days. Larger archives are scheduled by edition so quality thresholds remain consistent.
